Description
Your dog’s walk is rarely a straight line from A to B. It’s a chance to stretch their legs, follow a scent, stop for a proper investigation and take in the world around them.
The Classic Harness was designed to let them do exactly that, comfortably and securely.
Its anatomical hybrid design brings together the best of two thoughtful harness shapes. The Y-shaped front creates gentle space across the chest and shoulders, allowing for a natural range of movement while keeping the throat area clear. The H-shaped body provides the secure, adjustable fit that makes a harness feel reliable in everyday life.
The longer body straps position the girth strap further behind the front legs, helping to create more space around an area that can be prone to rubbing. With five adjustment points, including two at the neck, two at the girth and a length-adjustable sternum strap, you can create a tailored fit for your dog’s individual shape, whether they are broad-chested, narrow-framed, still growing or simply built a little differently to the dog next door.
Two leash attachment points give you more flexibility on walks. Use the back D-ring for everyday outings, or the front attachment point while working towards calmer, more connected loose-leash walks.
Finished in our signature colour combination, the Classic Harness is waterproof, easy to clean and fitted with rust-resistant soft-gold hardware. It is designed around movement, comfort and the beautiful ordinary messiness of life with dogs.
The Walk Collection was designed to reflect the values at the heart of Positive Pets: Kindness, consideration and a force-free approach to life with dogs. I chose waterproof silicone-coated webbing not only for its practical advantages, but as a considered alternative to leather. This allowed the entire collection to be created without animal-based materials, while retaining the thoughtful details and everyday practicality that matter.
Each of our Walk Collection pieces is handcrafted through a considered process of individual assembly, sewing and hand-finishing by highly skilled makers. Every product then undergoes a rigorous final manual inspection and finishing process before it leaves the workshop. I then personally inspect each piece once more before it’s packed, I want every guardian to feel completely confident in the piece they choose for their dog.
Every webbing width used in the Classic Harness forms part of our strength-tested webbing range. We are incredibly proud of the results, and they give us full confidence in the strength and reliability of our webbing for even the most beautiful yet sometimes chaotic days we spend with our dogs.

What makes these products different from what I can find at a pet store?
Every product in this range was designed by a certified behavioural trainer around what dogs actually need at mealtimes and on walks. The shapes, textures, and materials are chosen for what they do, how they engage a dog's natural instincts, how they slow the pace, how they support calm. Most pet store products start from a cost target or a trend cycle. These start from behaviour.
Is the silicone actually food-grade or is that just a marketing claim?
Food-grade silicone meets the same safety standards applied to human food preparation tools. It contains no BPA, no phthalates, and no plastic fillers, and it won't degrade, discolour, or leach over time the way lower-grade alternatives do.
How do I know which product is right for my dog?

How to measure your dog
Taking a careful measurement helps us guide you towards the most comfortable fit for your dog. Try to measure while your dog is standing naturally, with the tape/string resting comfortably against their body.
No soft tape measure? No problem! You can use a piece of string or ribbon instead. Wrap it gently around your dog, mark the point where it meets, and then measure the string against a ruler.
If your dog is still growing or has a particularly thick coat, allow a little extra room when measuring so that the fit remains comfortable as they grow or when their coat is at its fullest.
