We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are accurate. However, products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.

Product photographs are intended to represent our products as accurately as possible. Minor differences in colour, appearance, or packaging may occur.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order. Orders are accepted once payment has been received and dispatch has been confirmed.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers. Positive Pets Apparel (Pty) Ltd does not store customers' banking or card information.

6. Shipping

Orders are generally processed within one to three business days. Delivery times are estimates only.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. No change-of-mind returns are accepted.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable South African law, including rights provided under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

Positive Pets Apparel (Pty) Ltd does not guarantee that products will be suitable for every individual pet or circumstance. Customers are responsible for supervising their pets when using our products and ensuring that products are used appropriately and safely.
