What is the process to place an order? 

Ordering is very easy:  

1. Explore our collections and select your favorite items.  

2. Click on “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now.”  

3. Provide your shipping and payment details.  

4. Review your order and confirm.  

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll pack it carefully and ship it right to your door.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, we do! Positive Pets ships globally. Regardless of your location, we’ll ensure your pup’s gear arrives safely.

 Is it necessary to create an account to make a purchase?

 Not at all — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account will give you a quicker checkout process, order tracking, and access to exclusive offers just for our community.

How can I keep track of my order?

After your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package on our website or the carrier’s tracking page.

Am I able to modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed? 

If you need to make any adjustments, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your order before it’s processed. Once it’s shipped, changes may not be feasible.

 Is it possible to exchange an item for a different size or color? 

Currently, we don’t facilitate direct exchanges. However, you can return the item you have and place a new order for the desired size or color.

What should I do if I get a damaged or faulty item? 

We apologize if this occurs. Please reach out to our support team with your order information and a photo of the item. We’ll either replace it or provide a refund immediately.
